Buffalo Sabres Prospects Challenge: Sabres vs Devils Preview & How to Watch

Tonight is the night. Laces will be tied, pucks will be dropped and goals will be scored. The Buffalo Sabres will face off against the New Jersey Devils at the LECOM Harborcenter. Per Amerks Head Coach Seth Appert, Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen will get the start tonight.

He just has this incredible presence. He’s extremely competitive without being sloppy. He has a calm swagger in net that he exudes to his teammates

Thursday, Appert mentioned Jack Quinn would center JJ Peterka and Brett Murray. He also mentioned Arttu Ruotsolainen will play center this weekend.

Lance Lysowski was able to get an eye on one of the powerplay units the Sabres will roll with tonight:

The Sabres will have their work cut out for them facing a solid Devils lineup and a high powered top line.

Buffalo Sabres vs. Boston Bruins – 3 p.m. 

Sunday, Sept. 19 
New Jersey Devils vs. Boston Bruins – 1 p.m.
